Had a business account for 10 years. Lost Debit Card Saturday. Was told two weeks to replace or come by office. Once in the office Ohio CSR and Manager Austin said I had to recontract the whole account to get a new card because the account was so old. How did my lost business debit card turn into having to recontract the entire account? Misinformation from manager Brian Guyett, poor customer service, waisted my time, and OHIO street CSR and Manager Austin indifferent to what the other manager advised. You guys make a great team when it comes to driving away business.

The manager here is very helpful and was a really big help. I went once and the power was out and they were still able to give me my money that I needed to get out of my account.
