Shawn (owner) and Andrew (mechanic) will work on anything I bring in... What I mean is they will work on recumbents and treat me with respect as an important customer and friend. I have challenged them at times with what I needed done, but they always figure it out and get the job done. They have built wheels for me, installed IGHs on 3 bikes for me, installed disc brakes and always backup their work. It is a pleasure to bring my bike to this shop. They are one of the best professional LBSs I have used in several different states. Thanks!
Good service, but not sure about a few of the things I got charged for. Also my bike is making weird sounds ever since I had them work on it.
Best Bike shop around. After a half dozen box store bikes and too many cuss words to count I bit the bullet and got my bike there about 5-6 years ago, stinks for them but haven t had to take it in yet, awesome bike, awesome service.
I met with Shawn to do a fitting on a triathlon bike. He was awesome to meet with & went above & beyond to ensure my bike was properly adjusted. He also went over the "why" & "what" each adjustment does. I was so appreciative of the time spent and knowledge gained. Bike Tek is top notch & I highly recommend them for all your cycling needs! I will definitely be coming back!
