Has the nicest managers and employees. Always smiling and doing everything they can to make your experience a great one. Food is usually never wrong, but when it is, they fix it no questions! Hands down best McDonald's in Salina ks
This is the worst McDonalds in town and was very unapologetic for messing up my order especially since it has only happened for the 100th time. I know it's the closest store to my house but I'd rather drive a little further to the other stores that get it right. They ruined my evening and morning today. Talking about bring my ticket back after hanging up on me last night. I don't recommend this store to anyone since fast food is rocket science and customer care is non-existent. Thanks for nothing Broadway I'll be at planet or Crawford from now on since my money is for your convenience .
We went and got the knew tenders! Absolutely terrible! Definitely do not suggest them! They were cold and hard and rubbery and the fries were cold!!!
This in my opinion is one of the better run McDonald's I have been to. We usually hit the drive through every Saturday for breakfast.
