My car went in with a burnt out AC blower and a clogged condenser. They replaced the AC blower but did but did not unclog the condenser. Furthermore, they fitted my dash back together improperly, so now my glove boxes won't stay closed. I have tried to fix the issue, but it appears an employee forced it into place and permanently broke it. Do not go here.
Have used him as a mechanic for as long as I have been driving. He will treat you right.
I called to ask how much they charged to replace a transmission and Randy showed absolutely no interest in it; he asked me why I didn't have another mechanic do it then he straight up hung up on me. I don't usually write bad reviews on other businesses since I have one myself, but this is not the way to respond to a potential client.
Best service in town-- or anywhere for that matter! The people at Randy's fixed my car EXTREMELY fast and made sure everything was done correctly. I know nothing about cars besides the fact my lights were on, they informed me about every step they made making sure I wasn't getting ripped off. I would go there a thousand times over! Recommend to everyone I know!
