Quick service and didn’t mind our cat. They actually helped care for our cat. We had an unexpected car problem as we drove through KS and they helped us pretty quickly.
2 star in September - Took 2 hours for an oil change that I even had an appointment for. Like the price though.
*Update* went back last week and requested Ethan who got it done in 30 mins.
Terrible! Made appointment online. Arrived at auto center 10 minutes early. Lady at counter said it would take up to 2 hours to rotate and balance tires and fix a leak in the tire. She said they were booked up on call in appointments and the online appointment didn't know about the call in appointments. She recommended I make call in appointments only. Why offer online appointments if you can't honor them! Driving home and when above 40mph steering wheel vibrates vigorously. They didn't balance the wheels correctly! Called auto center and told them the tires need rebalanced. Lady said we just balanced them today! I said they did a bad job. She said maybe the tires are separating we need to look at them. The car was there this morning! I guess they do their work blindfolded! I see why sears is going out of business! Wish I could give them no stars.
The lady from the auto center did leave me a voice mail. I live about 28 miles away from Salina. I took it to a local tire shop. They balanced all four tires. They said all four tires were out of balance. There is no vibration in the steering wheel now. I do not want to go back to sears.
Hard to find, Sears store is closed, but auto center remains open. It's on the back side of the mall in an empty wing of the mall.
Cracked my rim. Never replaced velve stems. Also stripped my lugnut key so I couldn't even put my spare on when I found my rim cracked. If I could give no stars I would.
