I will NEVER take anything to be altered at Young's bridal again. They are extremely rude and pushy and unprofessional. Instead of fixing everything with my wedding dress the first or second time, it took a total of 4 fittings. First we shortened the dress...not enough I took one step in the dress and was stepping on the front. I was also apparently charged for a bustle, I never wanted a train on my dress but was never once asked about the train or bustle, it was just there when I tried it on the 2nd time. I decided to keep the train. Once that was fixed they noticed the bust needed to be taken in. The 3rd time I tried it on they declared it perfect, but no one had even shown me what the dress looked like bustled up, since I didnt even want a bustle this was pretty darn important to me. They hurriedly bustled the dress, I wasnt crazy about the way it looked, but they showed me how to tuck the points in and it made it look better, Well its a good thing I had insisted on doing the bustle because it was still too long and dragging in the back. They had to do the entire bustle over. I was instructed to bring my MIL when I picked up the dress so she could learn how to bustle the dress. When I did so Linda (employee) said "Do you really have to try it on again, you've had it on like five times." I COULD HAVE EXPLODED Of course I needed to try it on again, you redid the entire bustle! She had told me to bring my MIL in to learn how to do the bustle because I couldnt do it myself! Then it was "Well its going to have to be quick because I steamed it and it will wrinkle again." Nothing but rude! She very hurriedly showed my MIL how to do the bustle. I was kind of fussing over one of the tucks and I said "could that be made to look a little softer, not like a point?" Linda said "Its a bustle honey, its not going to be perfect." UH EXCUSE ME? I paid almost 400 bucks to alter my wedding dress, it better be freaking perfect. And I wouldnt have had to put it on "like five times" if everything had been fixed the first or second time. Also, those little tucks they showed me on the bustle, on my wedding day they didnt stay put and I had five points of fabric sticking off my butt, didnt make for cute photos. When they redid the bustle they neglected to take out the loops of the old bustle, so I had these extra loops sticking out, some of them falling out. Oh and if you make an appointment dont expect to be a priority, more than twice people without appointments walked in and I was left standing on the pedestal in my dress so those other customers could be helped, I was even handed off to another employee mid pinning.
I was in there with some friends in search for a prom dress and was received by a very rude and pushy lady. We were in there for less than 15 minutes when she said she was wasting her time on us if we weren't going to buy anything. What type of sales lady is that?? I mentioned that if we didn't find anything in the shop we were probably going to go to near cities or maybe even online. She immediately turned to us and gave us a five minute "lecture of education" of what not to say to her when buying a dress because it was "rude". Unacceptable! She had no right!

Not only did they have horrendous customer service, but they didn't have a large selection of dresses for prom.we were in there in and out in less then 45 minutes. I was very disappointed and disrespected. Would not recommend to anyone!!!
