After 3 confirmation texts and emails they called me the morning of my appointment asking me to reschedule for later in the day. My husband had already planned to take off a couple hours from work and I live 45 miles away so was unable to reschedule. She assured me they would make it work. I arrived 20 minutes before my appt to fill out paperwork and they actually got me in the chair 10 minutes early! After taking my ex-rays I proceeded to wait for an HOUR in the exam room. No one came in again. I never saw the dentist. When i went to the front desk to see what was up i was told they really didn't know how long it would be, and he would just be doing an exam but no actual dental wowo. This was news to me as I specifically said when I made the appointment I really needed this cavity fixed. Wasted an entire day for nothing!!!
I have always had anxiety about the dentist. I have never had a good experience until now. I had a root canal done today and I can say first I was scared. I went in and they made me completely comfortable they made sure I was pain free. Then to top it off this evening I got a call from John to make sure everything was going ok. He also made sure I had no questions. I can't thank everyone in the office enough for making me comfortable.
Our dentist is great in his practice. It was a good visit and being 20 minutes late he took time to except me. This was great cause it kept me from waiting maybe a month till another appointment. Overall he is a great dental practitioner. I can't wait for my next visit and get my tooth worked on.
Extremely friendlly place. I had my tooth pulled and Dr Marietta actually called me at 8pm to see if I was doing ok. Now that s customer service!
Dr. Marietta is amazing! My daughter enjoys going to the dentist, even though she's had fillings and other things that kids generally don't like. I appreciate that he talks to her about her interests and puts her at ease. It makes her Mom feel so much better!
