There were a number of customers in the shoe department and no one to help us. Finally decided to take a chance on a pair of shoes but had problems trying to find someone to assist in checking out. The only worker I could find was at the jewelry counter. Fortunately she knew me from previous visits, that she continued to work with the computer that did not want to acknowledge me as a customer until it finally did! Thank you sales lady.

Help in the shoe department was good. No encounters with employees in the jewelry, mens', womens' or childrens' sections. The check-out employee was kind and helpful. The store was clean and well organized.
lousy inventory selection and whatever your motion sensing beepers were in the shoe department to get help didn't, and it was extremely annoying. To the point I probably will not be back to shop
