Terrible customer service. My local UPS store is always helpful when shipping my Amazon returns, so I was shocked that the woman behind the counter refused to let me use FOUR STRIPS of tape to close boxes. She was adamant that buying a whole roll was the only option.
Presentation turned out great and got them all the same day I ordered. Will go through UPS again just not this store.
Called about a quote on 80 presentations 7 pages color front and back. First quoted me $7 per booklet then called back and told me it would be $11 ( Tiffany tried telling me that I asked for a black & white quote when I have never done black and white marketing for my company) . Ending up paying $8 BUT made the mistake of taking their "advice" and emailing the projet to them directly not placing the order through the website.
Avoid this store if you can. Only because of Bryan. This man is so disrespectful for no reason at all. If you ever call In to set something up ask to speak to anybody but him. He will rush the conversation, be rude, cut you off if you are talking without apologizing, and belittle you. I couldn't understand completely what he was saying he actusllly told me quote on quote "I don't have time to repeat myself". I guess the customers don't matter to him as long as he is the boss. 1 star service for Bryan Vaughn
