Excellent! The tech was knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything he was doing to me. I have been having trouble with my heat pump "short cycling" since I bought my house 4 years ago. Callabresi Heating and Cooling installed the unit originally for the previous owner. When they installed the unit, they left a drain pan, insulation, and a baffle in the air handler that were supposed to be removed during install, causing a low airflow, as well as overcharging my unit with 3 lbs. too much freon on the last visit. I will only deal with Pestinger from now on!
