If you are looking to reach a goal but just not sure you can do it.. I highly recommend the training staff at the Salina Genesis! Each trainer has their specialty and thet truly care and have their clients best interest at heart!
Definitely the best choice for a gym around here. I tried PF a couple times and just couldn’t keep motivation to go. With genesis being so close to my house it makes it much easier to go.
The tennis pros are wonderful. They are willing to help every level of tennis players gain knowledge and skills to be better players. The entire Genesis staff is always so friendly from when you walk into the door to when you leave.
My two favorite classes are Kate's "fit life" class and Cindy's "power lift" classes. Those two instructors are the best!!! Chris Canon is also a huge plus for the club. He does such a fabulous job. I would love to see him as our permanent manager!! Wish you would make that change!!! Even though I have never had a personal trainer I see several that do a great job for their clinics. I have heard great things about Andrew, Alison, and Joe!
I have been a member of Genesis Health Club for 9 months and have improved my level of fitness, strength, and endurance. The culture is positive and uplifting. Very friendly personnel and members!!!
