If there was a " no star" this place earned it. I recently move here, and my girlfriend came down to help me move in. I wanted to treat her to a pedicure. Checked out reviews and chose this place. Made reservations and talked to owner /manager. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment. We waited 40 Minutes after our scheduled time.. when they finally started our hot foot baths, there was no hot water. I explained I had an injured leg with metal in it, and could not tolerate cold water. He drained it, and then told me they had no hot water. So, I had a dry pedicure. We had to cancel our dinner reservations due to the pedicure. When we finally were getting ready to leave, we picked up our purses. To find them soaking wet. When they drained the cold water out of my chair, it leaked on the floor, and ruined my leather Coach purse. When we brought this to the attention of
