Had arthroscopic knee surgery on Feb. 4th 2015 at Salina Surgical Hospital. Im giving the hole staff 5 stars. Everyone from the receptionist all the way threw my recovery nurse was great. I didnt fill like i was pushed threw and ran out the door. Very polite and professional willing to answer questions and concerns. Even had a big surprise the day after surgery, received a phone call from my recovery nurse asking how i was doing.
Well surgery went ok but certain nurses one in particular out of blue just seemed very rude and asked me about my nationality and accent like its a bad thing this woman sounded annoyed and almost like a FBI agent!! Let alone I over hear her with other nurses saying about my name and where I'm from like a joke! Never I dealt with that before and I can't believe Middle Aged women act like teenagers! I'm not surprised this is Kansas proved stereotype true.
