My fiancé and me visited this store today and I must say I am very disappointed and we will not return to this store ever again, annoyed staff and also being discriminated for being "new" customers.... and to the sign they carding everybody I must say that's not quite the fact, after my fiancé got denied because his id is expired we received an annoyed look again and i wanted to give her my id she said i need to pay it.... which we understand, we let some other customers through first and he didn't get carded at all... after I asked why she carded us and not him we received an even more annoyed look and the responce from her was: she knows him and she is just carding randomly..... I also asked for the manager and she was getting pissed..... thank you but no thank you.... that's not the way you should treat customers.
Awesome place. Very friendly staff, the new layout of the store is nice. Gives it a more open feeling.
