Usually a great place to eat, but this night was rough. Slow service and they served ketchup with piadina instead of marinara (big mistake). Waitress dropped plates that broke and pieces of the broken plate hit someone at the table in front of us.
Service was great....til I found a hair in my chicken and shrimp carbonara...waitress was like omg I'm so sorry I'll get the manager, manager tried telling me it was cheese.... I said no it's a hair....she never showed back up at the table. The waitress had to go find her to take if off the bill.
We waited 18 mins before we contacted the hostess to see if we had wait staff for our table. The manager apologized and took our drink order and gave us an appetizer on the house. He said our wait staff would be right over. We never saw anyone for 20 mins until we contacted the hostess a second time. Here it is 57 mins into our dinner and we still have no food.
As a former employee and frequent visitor to Olive Garden, I'm deeply saddened by the news and scandal learning of Darden's outrageous animal welfare standards. We have higher ethical standards than this and will be choosing elsewhere to support.
Great food good selection of pasta choices. First time going on a weekday and it was very fast service. Out waitress was pretty good.
