Purchased a defective medical device and attempted to return it in the first 30 days. They would not take it back even though it was unused in its original packaging. Their excuse was that they no longer sell the product because it is junk. I won't do business with someone who refuses to stand behind the products they sell.
They do a good job and have everything one would need to care for their health.
