Fellow who was working on 10-30-16 was very immpersonable....he spoke down to me on the phone while I was trying to make a reservation. I finally had enough and decided to take my business elsewhere by calling another U-haul provider on Broadway who was much more friendly. The owner of this facility should be aware of how unfriendly his employee was. He shouldn't be in customer service with his attitude.
Main guy at desk was next to impossible to work with, very rude and abrupt for no reason
