Today was the last straw! I filed a formal complaint last week (ref CA-129-459-277) because I scheduled a pick up from my mail box and two mailing shifts in a row they failed to pick up (and only did so after I filed a complaint). What's the point of scheduling pick up for mail if they aren't actually going to do it? Last night I scheduled another one for today.
My package tracking showed my package was delivered to my address and it was not. I watched the mail delivery person walk past my house without delivering anything. This is a package that I have been anxiously awaiting that now seems to be lost!!!???
It's currently 10:40pm and not only has it not been picked up, I checked the tracking on an item due to be delivered today. It's scanned in as "delivered". I'd like to know where they delivered because it wasn't my mailbox (as it claimed) and if they actually came to my house, they'd kind of had no option but REMOVE the outgoing mail. The flag was up and the pick up was scheduled.
Our mail lady won't deliver our mail because she's scared of our barking dog behind a 6' fence. found out we had mail not delivered from over a month ago!
I'm at my wits end with this.

The tracking number said my package was in. The day of delivery l was outside and asked my carrier where my package was ( very small and little weighted pkg - essentially a envelope) she replied it was in her truck. I said that l was not sure why it was not with her but would like my package. The carrier replied "l guess l can get it" and said she would. The carrier NEVER came back.I contacted the post office and was told " hopefully l should get it tomorrow", that yes it has came in the prior day. This explains a lot as to why our neighborhood mail coming on time is so hit and miss. Perhaps to the "mail is delivered no matter rain, sleet or snow" they should include on time, on a beautiful day whether the lazy carrier wants to do her job that day or not.
