Very pleasant experience! It's nice to know there is great customer service still out there. In regards to the reviews above, there are no limits on visiting your unit, but be sure to read the contract. And, I would recommend with any storage facility to have insurance coverage on your belongings.

Just had the battery from our boat stolen. Owner says there's nothing he can do about it..sorry. Noticed some stuff missing from our boat and thought it was just misplaced, 1 security camera at entrance only.
He only allows you to be at your storage unit 1 hour a week
