I would highly discourage the use of this company to setup your pool table. The initial crew they sent to my home finished the install with the slate not level and glue (spray adhesive) on my felt. I talked to Missy the owner that evening after work and showed her videos of how the ball rolled as well as pictures and she sent her son out to fix it the next day. After he arrived he decided the table would have to be completely taken apart and redone and he would have to come back. When he did come back he took the rails off and pulled the felt off leaving a lot of it stuck to the slate, he then sanded down the compound they used to seal the cracks, and there was a lot. He then explained he would be back on Saturday to finish. I told him that I wanted the felt replaced, so I called Missy and explained my concerns as to the integrity of the felt since so much was left stuck to the table. She assured me she would make things right. Then Saturday came and they called and said the felt wasn't in and Jamea would be there Tuesday. Sunday I noticed that the dust left on my pool table was being sucked into my AC unit. My wife called there emergency number and no one called us back. I called them Monday and told them not to send anyone to my home. Monday after work I cleaned up the mess a leveled the slate myself. Two weeks later they bill me for two hours of labor to level my slate and the full cost of the felt minus a 20.00 coupon. I filed a complaint with the BBB and in their response parts of their statements were a total lie like my demeanor when I came to see the owner and the fact that she questioned the pictures I showed her because she said my pictures and videos didn't have a time or date stamp, which they clearly did. same yourself some money and headaches and go somewhere else.

Hired this company to come out and do some work, they were very disrespectful. Would not spend a dime with them again.
Family owned local business children and dog are in the showroom I like it some will be turned off
