This was not my first experience with Conklin Cars service department, and as always, Jessie took very good care of me. She took her time to answer all my questions and didn't cause me to feel rushed. I had questions regarding the tread of my other vehicles tires and she offered me to bring it in anytime and they could check it for me. The manager Chuck greeted me by name and asked me how I was. I appreciated that greatly.
