Disappointed. Called Service regarding a recall and oil change on Sept 1, 2017. Asked for a call back to get it scheduled for a Saturday being I was not getting good service in my local area so I was willing to do the hour drive . Well, still no call back and it is now Sept 19th! Since no one contacted me, I had to take my car elsewhere for the recall and the oil change. Thought maybe Salina would be better, evidently, I was mistaken. Lost my business. Might do better if messages/calls get routed and returned to keep in good standing with Honda owners if you want to keep the ratings.
Sales and service departments are outstanding. Pam, Rhonda, Don, Tony....all very accommodating and eager to please.
Horrible service. I'll never buy another car from them and from what I could tell from people in the service department, there were problems there as well. The sales manager even stalked my Facebook posts and made me take them down implying they wouldn't honor the part of my car deal that still needed to be completed. Very unprofessional especially when you consider that it wasn't my first purchase with the company and they work in question was 2 tires that they agreed to replace. Not sure that $300 was worth loosing a repeat customer.
