Bad customer service. They came in the room and didn't want to take the time hear about the problems. No smiles, very cold vibe they give off. Still had some bleeding on my nose and they said that was the best they could do and left the room. Will not be going back.
Terrible bedside manner. Came into the exam room with his PA and didnt even try to talk with my 3 year old, just immediately insisted she get on the table and start the procedure of removing a tube from her ear. My 3 year old was scared and crying and he and the PA were getting frustrated/upset with her for crying and trying to move around. I don't know many 3 year olds that like being held down when they don't know what's going on. Walked out almost immediately after procedure.
