Patient Abandonment. Only reads mri, ct scan, xray reports. does not look at them for himself. The radiologist missed something and Dr. Harbin never knew until I called him after another surgeon did my surgery and repaired more damage than expected due to Dr. Harbin's lack of care. Oh and he basically threw me out of his office and told me it was all in my head. Will be turning him into the State board of healing arts
