We needed one item. One. Excellent service, received what appears to be a quality purchase, there was a small amount of "we have this to go with it," we gave a polite, "no thank you," then paid for item, which was delivered same day. In and out in less than 30 minutes.
I have spent close to $10,000 in the Salina store. I always request Melina because she's fast and great at communicating/having patience and dealing with me and my price matches! I've even contacted her on her days off and she's never bothered by my questions. I was looking for a rug for under my new kitchen table because I couldn't find one in the store, and she sent me the specs so I know what size to get. Great service!
New to Salina and needed new furniture and beds for my kids. We were greeted and treated very well by a nice sales girl. She was patient with us and never made us feel uncomfortable. One of the managers was even nice enough to give us an even better deal since we were buying so much furniture. We will be back to buy anything else we need from these fine folks. Delivery was extremely fast as well! My wife and I even bought ourselves a new mattress because we were getting such a great deal. I highly recommend this store in Salina.
Twice the actual retail price on the tag on a recliner in clearance...$1199 on sale for $399. Wow, I was having that for my husband, SOLD. Nothing wrong with chair, and great deal. I watched the sales lady enter $599 into system with 33 percent discount, sale price $399. OKAY, nice chair, not such a great sale! What a con!!! Never walking through their doors again.
Excellent viewing room, with lots of space to shop and move around. Not crowded at all, but a wonderful grandiose selection of furniture. Very helpful staff and not pushy. Delivery and setup is free, with purchase... even to my home with a 3 hour distance from the store. Exciting!
