I have used Drains Plus twice now and their service is fantastic. Today, they were at the house within 45 minutes of my call, and had me fixed up in a few hours. They were even kind enough to deal with my dogs in the house while I was at work, and coordinated everything by phone. Absolutely fantastic.
Not pleased with there business practices. They Quoted us $70 an hour then Charged us $120 because an assistant had to bring a part from the shop. They didn't discuss this with us. I am pretty sure that they did this because my wife was there to pay the bill while I was at work. I would not recommend them at all.
They just fixed a leak for us that had the water supply to the whole house shut off. They came out within an hour and did NOT charge us extra when they had to go back to town for parts. We are very pleased with them.
