I called to have a water heater installed they gave me a scheduled time took off work to meet then an hour later i called them to verify they were coming at which time they told me it was too late in the day i could either pay them an additional fee or the would not do the job i found a better more reasonable company that came the same day after and completed the job for $150 less than Summitt's bid
My Girlfriend had to have the gas lines in her house serviced before the gas could be turned on. They came out and had to replace much of the old line. They were extremely quick and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone. I know so many we called were way more expensive and very vague about what the cost. Absolutely horrible experience. They inflate their labor costs and DO NOT guarantee work. Stay AWAY!! Still dealing with their mess from months ago. Go with a reputable company.
