Came there Wednesday night. The men ordered 12 oz steaks when the waitress came back and said they were out of 12 oz. I looked at her like way. She replied and I quote. Don't look at me like that. I'm only relaying what the cook said. She was rude. So we had to order apps because most men eat more than a 8 oz steak. Food was great but man the service is just bad

Always great food, clean bathrooms, & dining areas, most waitresses are friendly & very accommodating to our special cocktail requests.
Applebee's is a fun place to go to hang out with friends... But last time I visited it took 30 minutes to order... after she said she'd be right back... And when me and my brothers ordered my family didn't even get to order... We waited for about a full hour and then we were done... So I recommend it to come here sometimes but not too often... Also the food is very expensive
I almost feel bad for such a poor review given the attitude of the very apologetic manager, but feel more obligated to give a warning for others. We went there for dinner, a party of three. One ordered steak and shrimp, one a salad with shrimp, and the other a chicken dish. The steak, ordered medium rare, came out well done and dry, but the shrimp was cold and raw in both dishes. The server was embarrassed and returned the two plates to the kitchen. She brought the manager out who also apologized. The manager personally brought the food back, but noticed himself that it still wasn't right. Three attempts and we all gave up. The manager adjusted the bill, but the kitchen was just inexcusable that night. Our hopes would be that since management was so aware of the problems, they may have sorted them out. Applebee's is usually known for consistency, but our experience there was a complete failure.
