I absolutely love Chinese food... So this was a big hit to me... I think they have very nice staff, and great food. No wait whatsoever, and food is always hot. Very organized and clean.
This was very average. Nothing stood out in their food or their service. I never did get a refill on my water. Which at a buffet is all you are really doing besides cleaning dishes off tables. The food all had the same generic taste. Nothing stood out as really delicious. Their hot and sour soup actually had some spice to it so that was pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they want a buffet with a lot of different choices.
If you want chopsticks with your meal you just need to ask your server and they will bring you some. They do not keep them out with the silverware.
The atmosphere was nice, with current pop culture Chinese music playing overhead. Volume was perfect.
Hong Kong Buffet has a broad selection to choose from. A few items didn't work for me, but there were about a hundred things to choose from so there was always something else to eat instead. There's a big, easy to navigate circle of tables with Chinese, Japanese, Seafood and a Mongolian Grill in the middle of the circle.
Great food and an awesome variety! A little something for everyone in the family! The staff was polite and there was a chef on duty for freshly cooked options. It was a very calm and relaxing environment. Will definately be back!
Our waitresses were very friendly and very accomodating. Our initial reception, up on entry, was not a very friendly greeting. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Restrooms were very clean and stocked. Although there were some broken granite dividers between the urinals, overall it was very good.
The waitstaff were very attentive, helpful and engaging. All this and it was the cheapest buffet I've been to in ages. I'd gladly go back, and I'd go back hungry so I can try more things.
This place had some very good food with lots of variety to choose from, including a desert bar. They even have a center grill with a cook, but we didn't get to order from there as it was being shut down for the evening.
