I went in and the lady closed the door and said theu were closed. But theres 5 people there just lookong around. Very disappointed
The associate named Tim was very helpful. I went back a few days later and was helped by Casey and I ended up leaving without a phone because he was so rude. I am half contemplating switching from US Cellular because of how I was treated.
We worked with Charles Mayfield at the US Cellular store in Salina, and he was great! He helped us find the best plan and phones for our needs and gave us the infomation we needed to make an informed decision. He even stayed late to help us get the phones set up and our photos and contacts moved over from old phones. Good guy to work with!
