They would not give me a refund on my screen protector. The screen protector was causing a problem with the function of the touch screen. DON'T GET A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR SAMSUNG S8!!!!!! They lost a customer with an 8 device account over $55 and would sold me a case. STAY AWAY!!!!! Oh, manager was also rude about follow corporate rules and didn't care about taking care of customer.
Unable to help with technical issues because it's an accessory store
Came in and the store manager was able to help me by getting the glass screen protector put on. Nice guy. 10 minutes of use so far and it seems to be good.
