Service department did an excellent job on my car alignment. Completed in a timely fashion and didn't spend time trying to "upsell" other types of service while I was there. Good experience.
Called the dealership over a day in advance to let them know would be in town over the weekend and we were extremely interested in a vehicle on their lot. We were told the owner was driving it and they would get back to us. Received a follow-up call saying the owner decided they were going to take the vehicle out of town and wouldn't be back until Tuesday so we could schedule something then. Um, no thanks. I'll go find a dealership who understands customer service.
I recently purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy from Money Subaru and the check engine light kept coming on. This drove me up the wall. The sales staff along with the service department would not stop until the problem was resolved and I was 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed, and assured us that there was no problem their service staff couldn't handle. I would defiantly shop with them again!!
