I was given the best of care during my brief visit.
Great atmosphere, extremely warm people. We were seen right away. I was extrmemly satisfied.
The building was also very modern, and clean!!!
Went to Stat Care this morning for some medical advise. Seating area was full, the Receptionist said there would be over an hour wait. She checked me in and recommended I drive over to Urgent Care on 9th street, where they could see me a little quicker. Glad I took her advise. The receptionist at Urgent Care greeted me, said I was all checked in. In a few minutes the nurse called my name. She took my medical history, asked what problem I had today. Dr Williams came in, made me feel comfortable talking to him, he identified my problem. Explained my medical problem and gave me a prescription. I was done, took maybe 15 minutes. Both receptionists and nurse were all pleasant and helpful. Dr Williams seemed very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Very good experience!
It was so much easier then having to make a trip to the ER which saved the hospital valuable time that could have been available for a patient with a much more serious mishap.
I am so impressed with this place. The facility is very nice, and clean. The staff is amazing all the way from the receptionist to the doctor ever person was so nice and made us feel welcome. My son is a little scared of the doctor but they made him feel comfortable the xray tech even took time out of her busy schedule to show my son the pictures she took of his foot and talked to him about how as he grows the bones grow. It was very kind and reassuring. If we need something to do with our health again this will be were we go every time.
Wow!!! The staff was incredibly friendly. The receptionist was extremely helpful, and helped me understand the process along the way. The nurse that took my vitals was very friendly and helped me understand what it meant. The PA went above and beyond to understand my concerns, and provided both prescription solutions and over the counter solutions that would help as well. They even went out of their way to thank me as I left.
