I got a really hot shower from start to finish. My room was clean and ready when I walked through the door. I was blessed with a weekend breakfast that had many choices and the food was really good. If all that wasn't enough the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This is been a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a hotel in Salina!
I am responding to your response to me. When we were unable to find the game on the TV in the room, I called the front desk. The guy at the front desk said that I was not the first one to call with the same complaint. He said it was NOT on the cable system at the hotel - including the TV in the lobby. If what you say is true, your beef is with your front desk staff and not with me - or the other guests that could not find it as well!
Staying in the Salina, KS Comfort Suites. Could not find Game 6 of 2017 World Series on TV in room. Not there! Front desk says their cable service (Cox) does not carry that channel! Unbelievable!
The staff is the best I've seen. Forgot an item they worked with to have it sent. I have a service dog the staff respects the training and I've never seen or heard any thing about my dog. Thank for making the stay the best yet.
We stay here allot the rooms are clean and always greeted with a smile. Sharon knows me by name and Nathan alway has a smile for you when he sees you. Very friendly to everyone they meet. Very friendly and willing to help with all my needs. The breakfast is like all the rest. Love the pastries. Rooms are very cozy and at this hotel the housekeepers don't knock on your doors early in the mornings and wake u up. You don't even know there there. Thank you all for the great service.
Cons: I Didn't get to see the manager that I seen in the mornings when we stayed In the past.Lovely Lady with long long hair. She was always busy cleaning and working but took the time to stop and visit and ask about our stay. Missed seeing her the last few time. She has one great staff. It just didn't feel right this time not seeing and visiting with her.
We stayed at this hotel as we were passing through Kansas on a road trip. I called just a few hours in advance and there was rooms available and the staff gave the the best price available. I have stayed in a lot less clean and nice hotels for the same price! The room was so nice and big for our family and each of the kids got their own bed with the fold out sofa! It was such a great deal! Definitely would stay again.
