This place is flat out terrible. Got a sandwich and the person working dropped it in it's sack which I saw exposed sandwich hit the floor. She refused to remake the sandwich I had already paid for. The Indian guy working says things like are you new to Salina you look new this town sucks. Like what person or business in their right mind would allow this. Never going here again and will make sure people know not to go here. Jimmy John's now for life
The place is horrible. Last time I was there, we saw cockroaches behind the counter. Everytime I go the service is awful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Horrible service and bad food. Ordered a 12".Tried to give me a 4"piece and a 8"piece. I asked for another bread and the employee told me it was fine and argued we me and his wife over it. Just a little ridiculous. Over toasted my bread. Verrrrrryy dry, horribly put my sandwich together. Not very much meat compared to what ive had in the past, and absolutley nowhere near as good of quality and freshness as other goodcents ive had. I was very disappointed with my lunch.
Terrible experience. Could have respected the posted deals but decided to overcharge. The posted deal was an 8 inch sub for $4.00. I ordered a 12 inch sub thinking it would be slightly more... grand total $13. Enjoy!
Went in 10 minutes before closing only to be shooed out because the owner tells us that he has already closed everything up. When I worked in restaurants you cleaned as you went then locked the doors at closing time and finished up, and I previously worked at a sandwich shop. Very unprofessional to tell paying customers that you are closed before the posted closing time. Then when they get to the door stumble around and say oh I will make you a sandwich... Nope you already made us well aware you were closed. I will never come back to this location.
