Last night I called to have food delivered. I was 3 1/2 miles away. They said they don't deliver to this hotel. Had to change hotels because it was full for today. I am now 2 miles away and they said if I was on the opposite side of the street they would deliver. Deleting the app they lost a customer for life. Was trying to replace Pizza Hut and Domino's I travel a lot I order a lot of food in the room I tip really good it's their loss
Usually have a great experience here, however we are incredibly frustrated with the delivery service after speaking with the manager. First, she told us that the delivery radius is 2 miles, I told her that we only live 1.8 miles from Jimmy John's... Then she changed the "delivery radius" to they don't delivery past Greeley. She was rude when explaining this, and raised her voice at me. We will not be ordering from. jimmy John's in Salina ever again.
Always ridiculously fast, and high qualtiy food, and drink. I always have delivered, sandwiches are never to tough,and always taste good.
Sandwiches were yummy as usual but the staff consisted of several immature and unprofessional people. At the time I was the only person in the place and there were conversations going on that should have been put on hold when I walked in. The guy who took my order acted annoyed that he had to do so and the gal at the end of the line acted like I shoud not have asked for a bag... I was by myself and clearly ordered 2 meals my hands were full, and with the sandwiches still on the bar I was putting lids on my drink, she just threw the bag on the counter next to them. I feel customer service should be a topic of conversation there.
Incredibly slow delivery. Waited an hour for a sandwich, so I called them and they said they only had one delivery "driver." I use the term driver in quotes because this driver was supposedly on a bicycle. Of course, my sandwich showed up shortly afterwards, delivered by a guy in a car. And the sandwich was soggy and obviously very old.
