I preordered a pizza online to be delivered four hours later. Not only did my pizza not show up, but when I called the "manager" was not apologetic about it and claimed that the order never showed up in ththe system. I had then told him that I had a confirmation email and everything and he was still rude. He threatened to hang up and me and acted like the mistake was my fault. Never had an issue with this Pizza Hut until now. Extremely disappointed.
Jed helped me and had fantastic customer service, and I got home with the pizza and it was off charts good. Damn, Sante Fe pizza hut...no one out pizzas you!!!
