The food was good. But the staff was disrespectful. I asked a simple question and got a aggressive response for no reason. And for the owner you should be more nice to new customers you lost a few new ones from out of state.
This place is AWESOME!! The food and service is phenomenal!! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants down home cooking for a very reasonable price.
Really great place for "local color" hometown meal, cafe style. Locally owned and staffed by friendly and helpful owner. Fast service and the food came out fresh and hot and was really good. My fish sandwich was way better than what you get at big name fast food restaurants, the crinkle fries perfectly cooked and not greasy. My husband's potato salad was homemade with the right amount of mustard. Next time I am in Salina, I'll look forward to eating there again.
Best burger I've had in a long time! Rhubarb pie had more filler than fruit, but hey! It had rhubarb flavor! Where else can you get that?
Appreciated my whole experience and will tell everyone to try it out! I drove from McPherson and was very pleased with breakfast as well as the service. Small local diners like this aren't appreciated enough! Much love.
