I spent five months as a guest in the Philippines back in 2012, and the food at Jocelyn's reminds me of the best of those times. I ordered the Chicken Satay with rice and noodles today. It was expertly prepared and crafted with care. The place is cozy, but packed with charm. I will definitely be coming back here again!

So tasty! What an asset to Salina. This is a small place, so allow some time for your order to be prepared. They also set out a buffet if you are in a hurry. Bonus is having a visit with the friendly owners.
Our food was super delicious. The servings were huge, it was really 2 meals in one. The service was great. I only wish the restaurant was larger... I hope they grow and continue to offer a truly unique cuisine.
It was great! The ladies were nice and answered questions and made suggestions when asked. It's best for take out, though. There are only 4 tables and it's pretty crammed. Food was amazing!
