Pretty diverse menu, large portions. Very good service. Gets busy at around 6 pm.
After having an experience that wasn't typical for this restaurant- I let them know. They went above and beyond to make sure that we knew this was not the quality of service they strive for. The manager Tyler, ensured that our next trip to Red Lobster was at their standards and what we are use to. We visit here frequently and are always pleased with the service and quality of the food. After the way they handled my concern- it showed that they truly care about their customers, the service they provide, as well as the quality of their food. We will continue to visit frequently but just wanted it to be known that they will do their best to make sure all is good. Not sure there are many restaurants out there like this. Thank you!!
We love Red Lobster, but only get to go a couple times a year. But it rarely disappoints. If your significant other likes seafood, and you don't, you can still find delicious food to eat. They have many drink options, from non alcoholic to alcoholic, there are a lot to choose from. The cheddar bay biscuits are always delicious.
Very slow at best we arrived at 11:45am waited 20 minutes for a table and the restaurant was empty. Waited for our drinks biscuits and salad. Finally got served our for at 1pm. Drinks never got refilled and waited on everything. Order came out mostly right. Food was good just don't go there expecting to get in and out in the same day. I would have to see if they were busy.
Not what we've grown up expecting of a Red Lobster experience. Took our family of six out for a celebratory meal. Repeatedly had to ask for missing pieces of our meal. No plates with our appetizers. Biscuits came after our salad. Soup was brought after main course. Had to change dessert order. Cheese cake is NOT Red Lobster original. It's frozen no bake type now. No clean spoons for dessert. Server brought to-go spoons. Quite a tab for a half hearted effort.
